Join Us for a restorative and grounding hike, concluded with Sangria amongst our growing community.

Your First Hike RSVP will include all of your hiking essentials! All you have to do is show up as your highest self, with lots of energy and your upmost optimism. In depth: a guided, soul filled hike, lots of water, a personal towel + your custom water bottle, Himalayan salt shots (for electrolyte replenishment purposes), and last but certainly not least — to gather in community, post hike, over Sangria with pals & peers. You also have the secondary option to simply join in on Hike + Enjoy Post Hike Sangria.

All are welcomed (kids & furry friends as well. No sitter needed. 21+ to libate!) Reserve your spot today! This IS a recurring event, taking place on alternating Sundays beginning 6/22 throughout the Summer season as weather permits with varying hike destinations. (Ask for schedule!) Start your week off the right way and gear up for greatness via mindfulness and movement.

We are bringing the essentials, music & vibes — oh, and the First Aid Kit (just in case) but PLEASE don’t forget to wear comfortable clothing, appropriate shoes and your Spf! Protective eyewear will be on site per request, courtesy of our sister company Bo$$ $hades, Inc. to further promote eyewear safety and healthy living.
